We have exciting news for you ! Our new collaboration with Goya studio has officially began and these past couple of weeks have been magical and we would like to invite you to join us on our upcoming Journeys Of Embodiment ! Together we will re-member all of our bodies and rediscover the healer within. Our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies are intricately interconnected, constantly sending us messages of wisdom. Yet, in the fast pace of modern life, we’ve become disconnected from these vital signals, losing touch with the language of our bodies. Through embodiment practices, I will guide you in reconnecting with your body and those around you — not through the mind, but by allowing your body to lead. These practices will open new pathways, where your body can emerge as the wise teacher it has always been, guiding you toward wholeness and healing. We will remember that every pain, tension, or discomfort we’ve carried is our body’s way of communicating with us — a language of wisdom, urging us to listen and heal. In the sacred and safe space we will create together, I invite you to observe without judgment, listen without expectation, and be present for your body instead of punishing it. We will learn to nurture ourselves, to live instead of merely surviving. You’ll reconnect with what makes you feel truly comfortable, alive, and at home in your skin. Every step of this journey will bring you closer to self-discovery, allowing you to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been forgotten, and embrace your entire being with love, acceptance, and appreciation for all its beautiful shades and forms.
