Join us for a sacred Cacao Ceremony, part of the series “A Journey Back To Yourself”, where we will come together to open our hearts to love in its truest form—love for ourselves, for others, and for the world around us at the Wellness Hub by Premium Wellness. In this safe and nurturing space, we’ll drink cacao, known since ancient times as the "food of the gods" (Theobroma), a powerful plant medicine revered for its healing, heart-opening energy. This beautiful fruit, sourced from the Theobroma tree, is one of nature’s richest gifts, filled with magnesium to nourish our hearts, minds, and bodies, supporting relaxation, calm, and overall well-being. But cacao’s benefits extend beyond the physical. Known as "Mother Cacao" for the gentle, feminine energy she brings, cacao connects us to our inner wisdom, softening our physical, emotional, spiritual, and light bodies. In many ancient traditions, cacao is honoured as a bridge to our inner worlds, our intuitive gifts, and our deep heart spaces. The Mayans described it as "heart-opening," and we’ll experience this firsthand, feeling her gentle guidance as she calls us back to our own innate love and truth. Throughout our journey, we will connect to the spirit of cacao with all our senses, embracing Mother Cacao’s love and support. Through meditation, mindful sipping, and heart-centered practices, we’ll allow ourselves to soften, to be present, and to listen deeply to our own hearts. As we sit together in circle, we are all equals—wisdom keepers of our own healing. Here, there is no judgment, only a welcoming space to speak, be heard, and connect with our truest selves. We will bear witness to each other’s truths, allowing our words to flow freely, held in compassion by all. Together, let us remember our true nature, allowing our hearts to gently open to love once again. May this ceremony be a pathway to reconnect with the love that is already within us, spreading it with the world around us, and embracing the joy of feeling loved in return.
