I am thrilled to announce the newest Urban Edition of The Journeys Of Remembering at Teras Athens. Join us for a Journey Of Embodiment in which we will be re-membering all of our bodies and remembering how to become our own healers once again. Our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies are intricately interconnected as one. They continuously communicate with us, sending vital messages. However, modern life has led us to become disconnected, leaving us unfamiliar with how to receive and interpret these messages. Through embodiment practices, we can create an internal map to comprehend what is present within us physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. Together, we will cultivate this connection through guided practices, meditation, and by observing our bodies with gentle, non-judgmental awareness. We will delve into understanding how our organs function, recognizing that each organ stores different emotions. By observing their behavior, we can gain insight into the underlying emotions beyond surface-level dysfunction. Moreover, we will explore the symbolism of pain, wounds, imbalances, and patterns carried within our left and right sides. The left side, representing our feminine and creative aspects, may reveal unique insights, while the right side, embodying our masculine and logical attributes, can offer its own revelations. I will introduce various methods to connect with our bodies without relying on the mind to guide us. Instead, we will allow our bodies to lead, unveiling new pathways that facilitate reconnection and provide space for them to emerge as the wise teachers they inherently are. Each step of this journey will encourage us to dive deeper into self-discovery, reassembling the pieces of ourselves, and embracing every aspect of our beings with acceptance, love, and appreciation for their myriad forms, shades, and colors. Remember, our body is a sacred divinatory temple, a vessel of profound wisdom and healing. Join us on this transformative journey of self-discovery and healing.
