I am thrilled to announce the newest Urban Edition of The Journeys Of Remembering at Mona Athens. Join us on Mona’s enchanting rooftop for a Journey Of Art & Soul. Creating art holds a profound healing power. If you look closely, each piece is an offering from the artist's heart and soul, with its own story or secret journey to share. We connect with art in deeply personal ways, creating unique experiences based on our own feelings, thoughts, and experiences. During our journey, we will experience the magic of combining art and meditation by expressing our stories through various forms of art. You will be guided through a meditation practice to help you connect with and observe what is alive within you, allowing it to express itself in any form it wishes. Options include painting, creating music, writing a poem, intuitive dancing, singing, or photography. We will provide materials, but feel free to bring your own as well. After completing your artwork, you will be invited to share it with the group, explaining the emotions that inspired your creation. This practice helps us connect with our physical, emotional spiritual, and light bodies in a creative way, encouraging us to embrace our truth and share it with the world in a safe and sacred space.
